  • Physically Fit, Mentally Alert

    I’m in a seniors program at Wesleyan College. I live in a retirement community and we have exercise facilities there too, but they’re a little bit too light for me, so I joined over at Wesleyan College. They have a seniors program and it’s very physical. Now we exercise and on Fridays I started a line dance.

  • Do What You Can While You Can

    I love to dance. I do a lot of cruising. I do dancing. I just get on the floor and just have a good time. It’s great exercise, even at home on TV with Zumba. I do that stuff, so it is a workout.

  • Reclaim Your Health at Any Age

    One of the first things we can take charge of is our health. That’s the only thing we’ve got control of. Really, we don’t have a whole lot of control over a lot of things in life, but we do have control of our bodies. Most people abuse them rather than take care of them.
